Coaching for Sales Performance

Purpose:
Leading for Performance-Coaching for Sales Performance (LFP-CFSP) offers sales managers coaching skills and techniques to create the conditions under which salespeople can succeed.

Process:
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Properly explain the productivity goals and what behaviors are required to produce the desired results
  2. Intervene when necessary by observing behavior and/or data/reports
  3. Encourage sharing & listening to perspectives
  4. Make a provocative agreement between parties
  5. Create optimal conditions to succeed

Payoff:
Sales managers are better able to coach their salespeople to succeed, ultimately leading to increased sales.
