Coaching for Performance

Purpose:
Leading for Performance-Coaching for Performance (LFP-CFP) offers first-line and mid-level managers coaching skills and techniques to create the conditions under which employees can succeed.

Process:
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Properly state expectations in order to improve the quality of the goals being obtained
2. Make sound observations of employees
3. Encourage sharing & listening to perspectives
4. Make a provocative agreement between parties
5. Create optimal conditions to succeed

Payoff:
Managers are better able to coach their employees to succeed, ultimately leading to a more satisfied work unit.
