Purpose
The purpose of this course is to assist non-financial contributors to understand their role in the business and how their role impacts the bottom line.

Process:
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Read an Income Statement and Balance Sheet
2. See themselves in the business and know how they impact these financial reports
3. Make better choices in everyday activities leading to reductions in costs, inventories, and working capital
