Purpose:
In Finance for Everyone participants learn the pieces of a business and how they fit together and how to clarify what the business needs are in order to be healthy. participants make interlocking decisions in all the major areas of a business and then review and defend their results.

Process:
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Take initiatives in everday activities leading to reductions in costs, inventories, and working capital.
2. Work creatively with customers and suppliers, and look for profit opportunities.
3. Understand how and why their everday decision and actions impact other areas of the company.
