NuVue Business Solutions offers Personal Development Coaching to individuals using the Business Learning Library. Your Personal Development Coach will work with you to assess your skills and match learning to improve your performance.


How it works:

1. Set your business and life goals
2. Assess your current skills with one of seven 4 ROI Assessments
3. Develop a learning plan with your personal development coach
4. After watching each course your Personal Development Coach will discuss the module with you. Together with your coach you will develop an action plan to improve in that skill area.
5. Then before watch the next course you will let the Coach know how your action plan is going and see if you implemented any ideas from the course.
6. Your Personal Development Coach will assign you additional assignments and guide you to improvement.
