Lighthouse Coaching to The Versatile Salesperson
Purpose:
In this series of two 2 hour webcasts, sales managers first learn how to coach effectively, properly motivate their salespeople, and convey the right expectations, and get the best results.  They then learn how to coach the skills and approach of The Versatile Salesperson.

Process:
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
  1. Describe measurable outcomes, observable steps, relevant behavior expected and provide examples to clarify expectations
  2. Communicate expectations clearly by explaining expected behavior related to the task assigned
  3. Effectively engage the employee in the task by asking their perspective
  4. Use the COACH model to create the action plan with the employee
  5. Use the Lighthouse Coaching Radar to find the exact area where support is most needed.

Payoff:
Sales leaders that continually reinforce and coach sales performance.
