MBTI: Maximizing Team Communications
Purpose:
MBTI: Maximizing Team Communications is the next step after attending MBTI: Discovering Your Type. This program looks at the participants' TEAM Type and what strengths the team has, based on the MBTI of each member. Participants will discover function pairs and how they can improve your team's communication.

Process:
Participants learn what their team type is and how can they impact the team's performance through presentation and team discussion.

Payoff:
Your team will communicate more effectively and get better results as a team.

Target Audience:
Teams must attend together and have completed MBTI: Discovering Your Type or know what is their “BEST FIT” type before attending this program.
