Managing Change Purpose:
Managing Changes will help participants understand the four stages of change and how their values affect how they deal with change.
Process:
Participants will learn how to direct change and guide it in the direction they want it to go rather than sitting back and watch where change leads.
By the end of this program, participants will:
- Know the four stages of change and what to do in each stage
- Know their values and how they apply to change, and
- Know how to lead change vs. change managing them.
Payoff:
You will have less stress dealing with change and be more proactive with leading change in your team.
Target Audience:
It is recommended that your entire team go through this program at the same time.
