Leading Competitive Business Solutions
Purpose: 
Leading Competitive Business Solutions (LCBS) helps sales managers execute their role in supporting and reinforcing the key skills and tools of CCBSto ensure their salespeople compete on value, not price. Managers explore what salespeople need from them at different stages of development and how to coach salespeople using CCBS skills. They also create tactics for implementing CCBS, using the Sales Management System as the context for their implementation planning.

Process:

At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
  1. Make the changes required to fully leverage CCBS tools
  2. Explain what salespeople need at different stages of development
  3. Apply the use coaching questions to enhance sales effectiveness.
  4. Coach to performance
  5. Model core CCBS skills
