Background of the MBTI®
Over the sixty years since its inception in 1943, the MBTI or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® has evolved and been perfected through continual test research and development of ever more accurate questions. Many, many millions of people have been profiled using the MBTI Instrument.  The MBTI Indicator has a series of questions that when answered show a Profile.

MBTI is useful as a Team Building tool to identify preferences of each person on the team.
