MBTI: Discovering Your Type Purpose:
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(r) will help participants to identify their personality preferences in an understandable and useful format. MBTI results describe valuable differences between people and can aid in eliminating misunderstandings and miscommunications.
Process:
Through trainer-led discussion and the pre-work survey, participants will:
- Build a basic understanding of personality type theory
- Recognize the eight preferences
- Identify and verify participant four-letter type
- Explore the four temperaments
- Develop an action plan to apply type to a customer interaction.
