Stephen Rezac

President & CEO
Stephen Rezac is responsible for the company’s overall performance, new system innovations, and providing shareholder value. Stephen has 21 years of experience in sales, sales management, training, and e-learning development. He was the Manager of Sales Training for BASF North America prior to starting NuVue Business Solutions. Stephen’s background includes extensive classroom and e-learning experience, including performance support, curriculum development, and ROI measurement. He believes that businesses must link business strategies and learning together to achieve break through performance. Stephen holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Education from South Dakota State University and an MBA from Colorado State University.

Janice Mrkonjic

VP Business Development
Janice is responsible for strengthening ties with existing clients as well as cultivating new client relationships resulting in market expansion of our e-learning products and services. Janice has broad professional experience spanning social work, education, e-Learning, sales and business development in both Canada and the United States. She is recognized for introducing and subsequently leading business solutions that address clients’ needs and issues in a fast paced environment where change is the norm. Janice has a Bachelor of Child Study undergraduate degree and a Master of Education, specializing in adult and distance learning, from Mount Saint Vincent University, Canada.

Margaret Wright

VP Product Development and Consulting Services
Margaret is responsible for the design and development of NuVue Business Solutions products and services, ensuring that we have the most current and relevant content possible. Margaret has more than 25 years of internal and external consulting experience. She adds value through competency development, curriculum design, performance management, management and leadership development, sales training, and succession planning. Margaret comes to NuVue Business Solutions from a company she founded, Accelerated Performance Development, where she assisted companies in designing and implementing programs that accelerate business and employee performance development. Margaret has also held increasingly more responsible positions in the training and organizational development field. As Global Director of Training & Organizational Development, she has worked extensively in throughout Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. Margaret has BS degree in Education from the Western Connecticut State University and a MS in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport.

Michele Hellmann

Director of Business Operations/Facilitator
Michele is responsible for overseeing company operations, account management, and facilitation.  Michele has over 15 years experience in management, company operations, customer service, and training. Prior to joining NuVue Business Solutions, Michele was the Vice President of Operations for a life insurance association. Michele holds a B. A. degree in Communications from Slippery Rock University and an M.A. in Human Resource Development from Marymount University.
