Income-Outcome Finance for Sales Professionals
Purpose:
Income-Outcome: Finance for Sales Professional helps salespeople understand how your business makes money!  They compete in a simulated business in which they gain practical experience in budgeting, targeting and forecasting.  Participant use a variety of performance metrics to understand business results.

Process:
At the completion of this course,  participants will be able to:
