Stategic Focusing Workshop
Purpose:
Determining the vision, direction and critical success factors in an organization takes focus.  A Strategic Focusing Workshop is a custom workshop that helps senior managers focus on these items in order to successfully transform the organization.

Process:
At the completion of this course, participants are provided with:

1.  Action planning to move the organization forward in attaining their goals
2. Recommendations for success.
