Problem Solving
Purpose:
Leading for Performance-Problem Solving (LFP-PS), teaches participants the six-step Problem-Solving Process so that they can define problems accurately and reach better solutions more quickly.

Process:
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. List barriers to problem-solving and apply a process to define a problem
2. Identify a cause by using the Cause and Effect Analysis and other tools
3. Gather data to identify a cause and establish a baseline
4. Brainstorm and then implement ideas

Payoff:
Participants are able to properly identify a problem and the cause and effectively implement a solution.
