The Human Resources Assessment is for those HR professionals who manage work in a Human Resources department. This 36 question assessment is designed to quickly show you a clear picture of your strengths, improvement opportunities, and most importantly, recommend a personalized list of training programs from our Business Learning Library that will improve your success.

This is a GAP assessment where you select how your skill level “Currently” and what is your “Target” for that skill area.
