Stephen Rezac

Stephen Rezac is responsible for the company's overall performance, new system innovations, and providing shareholder value. Stephen has 21 years of experience in sales, sales management, training, and e-learning development. He was the Manager of Sales Training for BASF North America prior to starting NuVue Business Solutions. Stephen's background includes extensive classroom and e-learning experience, including performance support, curriculum development, and ROI measurement. He believes that businesses must link business strategies and learning together to achieve break through performance. Stephen holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Education from South Dakota Sate University and an MBA from Colorado State University.
David Hansen

David is responsible for maximizing sales for NuVue Business Solutions. The Learning Specialists report to David. Prior to coming to NuVue Business Solutions, David established Performance Consulting, delivering solutions to fulfill client needs in, customer sales, sales management, and customer service. David brings a strong charismatic presence to sales training that challenges learners to discover and apply the principles of sales and selling relationships to exceed customer expectations. David developed the Peer2Peer™ learning concept. He graduated from Iowa State University in 1979 with a B.S. degree, with a major in Agricultural Business and a minor in marketing.
Margaret Wright

Margaret is responsible for the design and development of NuVue Business Solutions products and services, ensuring that we have the most current and relevant content possible. Margaret has more than 25 years of internal and external consulting experience. She adds value through competency development, curriculum design, performance management, management and leadership development, sales training, and succession planning. Margaret comes to NuVue Business Solutions from a company she founded, Accelerated Performance Development, where she assisted companies in designing and implementing programs that accelerate business and employee performance development. Margaret has also held increasingly more responsible positions in the training and organizational development field. As Global Director of Training & Organizational Development, she has worked extensively in throughout Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. Margaret has BS degree in Education from the Western Connecticut State University and a MS in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport.
